■ Shipping fee
- The shipping fee is 900 yen (2,500 yen for Okinawa Prefecture). For any other fees, please check with the relevant financial institution according to your desired "payment method."
■About payment methods

Payment can only be made in one lump sum.
Revolving payments and installment payments are not available.

■About COD fees
A handling fee will be charged for each delivery.
Please pay the total amount plus the COD fee to the delivery person.

・If the cash on delivery amount (※1) exceeds 300,000 yen, cash on delivery cannot be used.

■ Product purchase steps
1. Select a product.
You can check the details of each product by selecting a product from the product list or category on the top page.
2. Select a product.
Once you have decided on the products you wish to purchase, select the quantity you wish to order and click the "Add to Cart" button. After clicking, the product will be added to your cart. If you would like to continue purchasing other products, simply select the other products and continue shopping. Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, select the "Cart" button in the top right corner of the store and check the contents of your cart. If there are no changes to the contents, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
3. Select the product for which you want to enter customer information.
After clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the previous section, the customer information entry form will be displayed on the screen. Please enter your name, address, phone number, email address, payment method, etc., confirm them, and then click the "Next" button.
4. Check the entered information.
Please confirm the product, delivery address, and payment method you have ordered. Once you have confirmed that there are no errors, click the "Confirm Order" button.
5. Your order is complete.
Once your order is complete, an "order confirmation email" will be automatically sent to the "email address" you registered, so please check it again.
If you do not receive this email, it may be that the email address you registered is incorrect.
If you register a mobile phone address, you may not be able to receive emails from our shop due to security reasons.
We recommend that you register using a PC address or the domain 【@newbook.co.jp】.
If you are unable to receive emails even after registering the domain, please check with your mobile phone company.
■About cancellations and changes
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. To be on the safe side, please be sure to check that the product you ordered is correct when it arrives. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- - If 2 weeks have passed since the product arrived without any special reason
- ・If the product is damaged or soiled while in your possession
If you wish to return or exchange a product for your own reasons, please note that you will be responsible for any communication fees. If the product is defective, or you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the reason is our own, we will cover the return shipping fees.
■About product delivery
- Products will be shipped in the order in which payment has been confirmed. Please note that if a product is out of stock and additional production is required, or if it is made to order, we will contact you each time.
- We handle our products with the utmost care, but if you experience any problems, please contact us using the contact information at the end of this page.
■About shipping
We will ship your order via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. (We cannot accept requests for specific shipping companies or methods.)
As the delivery method will be "courier service", a receipt stamp is required.
If you require redelivery due to an extended absence, etc., please make the necessary arrangements to receive the parcel yourself.
Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan.
■ About email addresses
You will receive an email from info@newbook.co.jp.
All emails sent to users from this channel will be sent to this email address, so please check your settings before proceeding to ensure that you can receive these emails.
■ If you don't receive an email
Normally, we will send you an email immediately after the procedure. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, the following may be the cause, so please check and change your settings yourself.
